Please see our Contact Us page. We take great care and pride in always being available and ready to answer any and all of your questions regarding our products, shipping and order management. We are committed to answering all of your inquiries within 24 hours.
2How do I place my order?
You do not have to create an account to make a purchase. Simply click “Add to Cart” when you find the item(s) you are interested in purchasing and they will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Then you proceed to check out as a Guest.
3What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit card through the safe and secure STRIPE PAYMENT PLATFORM.
Shipping Details
1How will you be shipping my order?
We will be shipping all orders via Canada Post fully tracked and fully insured within Canada, United States and the rest of the World. Applicable shipping charges will be added to each order upon checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided with every order.
2Are there any duties and taxes associated with my order?
Applicable GST/HST sales tax will be added to all orders within Canada. There will be no GST/HST sales tax applicable to all orders shipped to the United States and the rest of the World. Please be advised that there may be duties and taxes imposed by the local customs authorities of your country that are associated with the import of your shipment and those are the sole responsibility of the buyer/importer.
3How long will it take to receive my order(s)?
As all of our products are custom made to order directly from Tackla Pro Oy, the official supplier to the IIHF and member nations, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Return Policy

As all of our products are made to order, and in some cases fully customized ie. Jerseys and Hoodies. returns will only be accepted if there was an error on our part with regards to sizing, sending out the wrong order or the merchandise being defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible after you receive your products so that we may arrange and process the return of your product(s). *Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. It can take 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once your return is received, it can take an additional 10 business days for us to process your return.
2How do I know that my products are 100% original and authentic?
All of our products have been made by Tackla Pro Oy in Finland. Tackla has been the official supplier of the International Ice Hockey Federation and its member nations for the past 20 years. With every product ordered, a certificate of authenticity will be provided which will fully guarantee and preserve authenticity and provenance of your item(s) for life.
